World Book Day 2025: What Are You Reading Today?

What better excuse to pick up a book than World Book Day?

I primarily ghostwrite nonfiction (although I have ghosted a few romance novels🌹) but when I read, fiction tends to win out. In honor of #WorldBookDay, here's a quick peek at my current read—a classic I'm revisiting decades after it first appeared on my high school reading list.

The book itself is in tatters but the story still captivates (and, as an added bonus, the book has that delicious old-book smell).
